Use of selected auxiliary substances as carriers of non-ionic surfactants of Rofam type. Selected auxiliary substanec were investigated for use as carrier of non-ionic surfactant, modifying pharmaceutical and biological availability of drug substance. In manufactured granulates supplemented with tenzides, granulometric parameters such as Carr Index, Hausner Factor and free pouring angle were investigated. Tablets prepared from model granulates were morphologically evaluated and their physical parameters were investigated as well. Results of the study allowed to determine the usefulness of investigated auxiliary substances as a carrier of non-ionic surfactant.
