Phytochemical analysis of flavonoids and phenolic acids. This paper focuses on the general principles and specific methods of phytochemical analysis of flavonoids and phenolic acids. A brief summary of the characteristic structural features, biological activity and applications are given. The methods of sample treatment, separation and detection are outlined.
