Polimorfizm cytochromu P-450
Genetic cytochrome P-450 polymorphism. This review presents molecular mechanisms of genetic polymorphisms of drug metabolism, clinical implications of pharmacogenetics of cytochrome P-450 (CYP) drugs metabolizing enzymes and genetic predisposition of the occurrence of some diseases. Because the genetic polymorphisms are medically significant, genotyping/phenotyping could help clinicians to optimize the therapy or identify persons at risk of adverse drug reactions.
