Zastosowanie dimetylosulfotlenku oraz heksametylodisiloksanu jako modyfikatorów faz ruchomych w TLC
2008-06-24

Application of dimethyl sulphoxide and hexamethyldisiloxane as modifiers of mobile phases in TLC. The retention behavior of macrocyclic antibiotics (erythromycin, troleandomycin, tylosin, rifamycin B, rifampicin) has been examined on Kieselgel 60 F254 HPTLC, Kieselgel 60 WF254 TLC, LiChrospher Si 60 F254s HPTLC, RP-18 F254 HPTLC and RP-18 WF254 TLC plates and porphyrins (uroporphyrin I, uroporphyrin III, coproporphyrin I, coproporphyrin III, protoporphyrin IX) on Kieselgel 60 F254 HPTLC as stationary phase; wide range (0 to 100 v/v) mixtures of alcohols, esters, ketones and xylenes with methyl sulfoxide (DMSO) and hexamethyldisiloxane (HMDSO) were used as mobile phases. Chromatographic retention data and a possible retention mechanism are discussed.

Metodą chromatografii cienkowarstwowej badano retencję chromatograficzną antybiotyków makrocyklicznych (erytromycyny, troleandomycyny, tyrozyny, ryfamycyny B, ryfampicyny) na płytkach Kieselgel 60 F254 HPTLC, Kieselgel 60 WF254 TLC, LiChrospher Si 60 F254s HPTLC, RP-18 F254 HPTLC i RP-18 WF254 TLC oraz porfiryn (uroporfiryny I i III, koproporfiryny I i III, protoporfiryny IX) na płytkach Kieselgel 60 F254 HPTLC. Jako fazy ruchome stosowano mieszaniny alkoholi, estrów, ketonów i ksylenów z dimetylosulfotlenkiem i heksametylodisiloksanem w szerokim zakresie proporcji (0-100% v/v).
