Bioactive components of milk. Milk is one of the essential foods representing an important part of the human diet. It is an excellent source of protein and calcium and also of many vitamins and trace elements. The aim of this review is presentation of actual knowledge about biologically active components of milk. The composition of cow's milk is of great importance for humans health.
