Przedmiotem niniejszego artykułu uczyniono analizę wybranych problemów z obszaru wykładni przepisów ustawy Prawo farmaceutyczne, objętych zmianą ustawy z dnia 7 kwietnia 2017 r., która weszła w życia w dniu 25 czerwca 2017 r. Prowadzone rozważania koncentrują się na praktycznym aspekcie stosowania przepisów, jak również korelacji ich treści względem celów stojących u podstawy uchwalonych zmian.

Selected problems of the interpretation of the pharmaceutical law in-the light of the amendment to the act

The paper discusses selected-problems in the area of the interpretation of provisions of the Act-“Pharmaceutical Law”, provided with the amendment to the act from-7 April 2017 which came into effect on 25 June 2017. Kept dissertations are-concentrating on the practical aspect of the application of provisions, as-well as the correlation of their content relative to standing objectives at-the base passed of changes.
