Job satisfaction survey among pharmacist employed in community pharmacies in Poland

Many years of pharmaceutical education, providing graduates of the pharmaceutical faculty with obtaining the right to practice, numerous courses, trainings, conferences, activities aimed at steadily increasing their professional skills seems to be taking very important actions by pharmacists, towards introducing changes in the perception of the contemporary image of the profession of pharmacist among patients Meanwhile, the stereotype of the approach of pharmacypatient clients to the role of an apothecary as a salesperson (rather than as a consultant in matters of patient‘s health and illness) seems to be one of the key factors affecting the level of job satisfaction by pharmacists.
